C'Mon Down to the Library and be a 'VolunTeen' this Summer!

Who: Next fall's 7th-12th graders.

What: Help Stair Public Library staff with "Party Down @ the Library!", this year's Summer Reading Program. Assist with preparing programs and cleaning up afterward. Be a good role model for the younger children.

When: Wednesdays, June 13 - August 1 (except July 4). Work 2-4 hours each week; Wednesdays during storytimes & optional Mondays at 1 p.m. to help prepare.

Why: A great job experience. Something to do this summer. A fun, worthwhile service to the community. Enjoy the comfort of air-conditioning and the thrill of helping others while you build an addition to your resume!

How: Pick up an application at the library. Fill it out and get parent's signature. Return the application by 5 p.m. Friday June 1. Attend orientation at the library on Monday, June 4 at 1 p.m.
