CONTAINER GARDENING CLASS
Thursday, June 6, at 4 to 5 p.m.
- The class will meet in front of the Library. Seating will be available.
- Becky Miller, president of the Morenci Garden Club will lead the class.
- Budding gardeners, and experts, children and adults, men and women—all are welcome to attend
- The class will cover the basics of container gardening including what to look for in a container, the proper soil and fertilizer, and choosing compatible plants.
- Learn about the guidelines for entering the Garden Club’s annual Container Gardening Contest. Entry forms will be available that day and are also at city hall.
- In case of rain, the outdoor class will be rescheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 8.
